Our friendly couriers will drop your product to your door. Please ensure you let us know your mobile number and email address in case there is a problem with delivering your order to you.

We know and share the excitement of waiting for a special package to arrive at our door. We endeavour to deliver your order as soon as we can, to pass on that excitement to you.

For Metro based customers, your order needs to be in by 1pm for next day delivery, otherwise allow an extra day. . If you’re on a mountain top (enjoying the smell of the mountain ranges and fresh air) or rural and remote (embracing the beauty of our bush lands) give it that little bit extra. You’ll be notified when your order is on its way to you. If you’ve waited patiently and the expected delivery date has passed please send an email to and one of our friendly staff will get in touch with you.

You should never receive a carton with a breakage. Our freight providers are instructed not to deliver if a breakage has occurred, so we can send a replacement. Please let us know if this does happen


If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your product, please get in touch within two days of receiving it and we will let you know what you need to do to return it.
